Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and high school graduate or GED.
• Attained associate or higher in health field preferred and relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Experience with laboratory information systems is desired.
• Must work across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide shift supervision and schedule management for the section.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and regulatory compliance activities.
• Monitor section finances, supply usage, and cost control programs.
• Lead staff training and performance assessments.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses and lab staff on test orders and results.
