Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• 1 year of SQL/LIS experience in a clinical laboratory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of CLIA/CAP/JCAHO regulatory requirements and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift schedules and workflow management.
• Ensure QC/QA procedures meet accrediting standards.
• Monitor section expenses and supply usage.
• Provide staff training and performance feedback.
• Coordinate with physicians and nurses on test orders and inquiries.
