Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s degree in an Allied Health or related field, or equivalent years of leadership/training experience.
• Experience in an SQL/LSA clinical laboratory environment or equivalent leadership background.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory instrumentation and accreditation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational oversight for the shift and manage day-to-day workflow.
• Ensure quality control procedures and QA records meet accrediting standards.
• Monitor section finances, supply usage, and waste/expense reduction programs.
• Participate in personnel management, training, and performance assessments.
• Serve as liaison with physicians, nurses and other staff to resolve test orders and inquiries.
