Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Demonstrates knowledge in phlebotomy or related laboratory function.

Responsibilities

• Verifies positive patient identification for safety.
• Performs venipuncture and collects specimens per protocol.
• Label specimens and ensure proper identification for testing.
• Perform limited CLIA-compliant testing per policies.
• Answer calls and assist with inventory and billing support.
• Receive, sort, and transport specimens; load instruments.
