Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of phlebotomists in Patient Service Centers and/or client offices.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs.
• Monitor monthly productivity and report deviations as necessary.
• Coordinate phlebotomists' schedules and staff through effective planning.
• Hire, train and develop phlebotomists to fill open positions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients.
