Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomy Site Coordinator to join our team. This role oversees PSC operations within an assigned area and performs phlebotomy and specimen processing with minimal supervision.

You will work with PSC staff, management, and clients to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate data entry, and compliant operations. Requires high school diploma, phlebotomy experience, and certification; travel to additional sites as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification or accredited training accepted in lieu of experience.
• 3+ years phlebotomy experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Observe and report performance, compliance or staffing issues to supervisors.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, inventory, and information logs.
• Monitor productivity reports and report deviations.
• Address customer service-related issues promptly and respectfully.
• Promote teamwork and effective communication among coworkers.
• Perform blood collections by venipuncture/capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity, alcohol tests, etc.
