Qualifications

• High school diploma required; California Phlebotomy license required.
• Preferred degrees: Associate, Bachelor’s or Master’s.
• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience in clinical/hospital setting.
• At least 3 years in phlebotomy supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 20-30 phlebotomists across sites.
• Manage patient flow, wait times, and information logs.
• Coordinate schedules, payroll and performance appraisals.
• Ensure high-quality specimen collection and accurate documentation.
