ADP, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Sugar Land, Texas, to perform regular phlebotomy duties while overseeing scheduling, staffing, supply management, and compliance monitoring.

This role serves as a liaison between phlebotomists and the client, ensuring high standards across all draw sites. The incumbent will train new phlebotomists during the 90-day probation period, manage annual reviews and recruitment, and support the Operations Manager and Sales team in setting up new draw

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ lab industry experience.
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
  • Phlebotomy certification and state license (if required).
  • Ability to perform phlebotomy on all age groups.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of laboratory procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling and staffing across sites.
  • Maintain supply management and compliance monitoring.
  • Train and supervise phlebotomists through probationary period.
  • Counsel and handle performance improvements for staff.
  • Assist with annual reviews, recruiting, and interviews.
  • Set up new draw sites with Operations.
  • Audit requisitions and ensure insurance compliance.
  • Conduct monthly/quarterly draw-site inspections.
