United WestLabs is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to perform regular phlebotomy duties while overseeing scheduling, staffing, supply management, compliance monitoring, and serving as a liaison between phlebotomists and the client.

The role requires supervising phlebotomists, maintaining a safe environment, and ensuring accurate specimen collection across sites, with emphasis on training and performance improvement under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy knowledge and patient care.
• Supervisory and scheduling experience.
• Strong communication with clients, patients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy professionally and compassionately.
• Oversee scheduling and staffing at all sites.
• Ensure compliance with infection control standards and requisition accuracy.
• Train and mentor new phlebotomists during probation period.
• Audit draw sites for compliance and maintain records.
