Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure all licensure requirements are met with QA and Medical Director's offices where applicable.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and site safety across supervised sites.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Support budget preparation and cost containment initiatives.
