Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare environments
• Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting
• Proficient PC skills including MS Office
• Able to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities and phlebotomy sites.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met in collaboration with QA and Medical Director offices.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and safety standards across facilities.
• Lead staff training, coaching, supervision and development.
