Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to manage daily phlebotomy operations across multiple sites in Marlborough, MA. The role includes ensuring SOP adherence, licensure compliance, QA documentation, safety, and staffing oversight.

The position requires leadership experience in healthcare/phlebotomy, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates good organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensures all Federal, State & local licensure requirements are met, working with QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Performs site visits and QA audits; supervises across multiple geographies/locations.
• Participates in interview, selection and hiring of new employees.
• Responsible for training, coaching, supervision and development of staff.
• Monitors performance; conducts mid-year and annual appraisals.
