B Positive Plasma in Cheltenham, PA is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will work under the Assistant Manager and Center Manager to ensure donor suitability and product integrity.

You will perform phlebotomy, maintain equipment, document activities, and assist with donor care. The role also involves inventory tasks and traveling up to 25 miles for training or coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Previous health-related field experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Maintain instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Prepare site and perform phlebotomy.
• Document operational and maintenance activities.
• Assess supply inventory; order and restock as needed.
• Attend to donor needs and donor reactions.
• Promote customer satisfaction through responsive service.
• Report unsafe situations to supervisor.
• Travel up to 25 miles for training or coverage at other centers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
