Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Pennsylvania seeks a part-time Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations and donor screening. You will perform phlebotomy, venipuncture, and monitor donors to ensure safety and quality of the plasma collected.

The role emphasizes high service standards, reliability, and teamwork, with 4–6 hour shifts across 3+ days per week and a paid training program to start.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to walk/stand for entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach.
• Able to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally 32–50 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity and hearing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors entering and exiting the donor floor.
• Perform venipuncture and programming of plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and assist with disposal.
