Job summary

B Positive Plasma - MacDade/Holmes is hiring phlebotomists to support donor qualification, collection, and safety protocols under supervision. The role involves phlebotomy, equipment maintenance, and inventory management at the Holmes center.

Availability Monday–Friday and every other Saturday, with paid training Monday–Friday, is required. The position offers a competitive benefits package and room for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent required or preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Experience or education in a health-related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Maintain instruments used for donor qualification and donation.
• Prepare site and perform phlebotomy.
• Document operational and maintenance activities.
• Assess supply inventory; order and restock as needed.
• Attend to donor needs, including donor reactions.
• Report unsafe situations to supervisor.
