Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Bedford, NH is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead to manage daily operations at the Patient Service Center, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with rotational weekends. The role emphasizes accurate blood collection, patient interaction, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

You will lead on-site staff, ensure specimens are collected correctly, train new hires, and coordinate with territory management.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required (pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections).
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Willing to travel to multiple locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures, including drug screens and biometric screenings.
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and assist with inventory and supplies.
• Lead on-site staff and mentor new employees; coordinate with Territory Manager as needed.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety policies, and confidentiality requirements.
