Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. in New Smyrna Beach, FL seeks a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee daily operations across PSCs, mobile, and in-office phlebotomy. You will implement SOPs, ensure licensure compliance, and lead QA/QC efforts while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires supervisory experience and 5+ years in phlebotomy or healthcare, with strong organizational and communication skills and a Bachelor’s preferred. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met in coordination with QA and Medical Director.
• Maintain QA/QC documentation and site safety on all facilities.
• Perform site visits, QA audits, and supervision across multiple locations.
• Recruit, train, coach, supervise and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
