Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in New Smyrna Beach, FL is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee patient services across PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy. You will manage daily operations, staffing, training, SOP adherence, QA, safety, and process improvements while delivering high-quality service.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of supervisory experience and five years in phlebotomy or a healthcare setting, with travel required and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensures licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is maintained.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Performs site visits, QA audits, and budget-related tasks as needed.
• Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and development of staff.
