Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred; Phlebotomy Certification preferred where regulations allow.

Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions and resolves discrepancies with orders.
• Obtains blood specimens via venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and proper isolation procedures.
• Tracks collections and maintains daily tallies in Natera systems.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and training requirements.
