The ideal candidate has 5+ years phlebotomy experience, strong customer service, and leadership abilities to supervise staff as needed. State licensing may apply; travel and training may be required to support growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years of high-level customer care; supervisory phlebotomy experience preferred; BS/BA preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Phlebotomy Certification preferred where regulations allow.
• Financial and budgetary experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions and discrepancies with leadership.
• Verifies patient identity and obtains blood specimens via venipuncture or finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and procedures; follows protocols.
• Tracks collections, dates, and times; logs data and reports KPIs biweekly.
• Maintains phlebotomy equipment and supports PSC operations; may travel for stocking.
