Qualifications

• BS/BA degree preferred; High School Diploma required; Phlebotomy Certification preferred where regulations allow.

Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions by comparing information with orders and documentation.
• Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and following procedures.
• Tracks collected specimens and maintains daily tallies in the Natera system.
• Ensures quality results and logs quality control activities biweekly for KPIs.
