Job summary

Natera is seeking a Phlebotomist to serve patients at the Fishers, Indiana PSC. The role combines patient care with operations leadership, including overseeing phlebotomy programs and ensuring compliance with HIPAA and quality standards.

You'll perform venipunctures and finger sticks, verify test requisitions, manage specimen tracking, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and lab staff to support volume growth and service quality across the PSC location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years phlebotomy experience.
• 5+ years high-level customer care experience; supervising phlebotomy operations preferred.
• Phlebotomy Certification (or equivalent) preferred, depending on state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions and discusses discrepancies with leadership.
• Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and follows procedures.
• Tracks collections and documents times and counts in the Natera system.
• Maintains quality results and reports KPIs to leadership biweekly.
