Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions and locations discrepancies.
• Verifies patient identity prior to collection.
• Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and documented procedures.
• Tracks specimens and maintains daily tallies in Natera systems.
• Maintains quality results and reports KPIs to leadership biweekly.
• Complies with safety, HIPAA/PHI privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees phlebotomy operations at the PSC and may supervise other staff.
