Job summary

Natera is seeking an experienced Phlebotomist to serve patients at the designated PSC location in Tulsa, Oklahoma, acting as an operations manager for the center and overseeing the phlebotomy program. The role may require supervising other phlebotomists to support growing patient volumes, with compliance to state licensing where required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of phlebotomy experience.
• BS/BA degree preferred; HS diploma required.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred where regulations allow.

Responsibilities

• Verifies test requisitions and patient identification.
• Obtains blood specimens by venipuncture and finger sticks.
• Maintains specimen integrity using aseptic technique and proper documentation.
• Tracks and logs collections; reports KPIs biweekly to leadership.
• Ensures compliance with HIPAA/PHI privacy and security training.
