Job summary

Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma (DLO) is seeking a supervisory leader for patient services, overseeing phlebotomy operations across PSCs, mobile and in-office sites. The role includes implementing SOPs, ensuring licensure compliance, and maintaining QA/QC documentation.

The position requires at least two years of supervisory experience and at least five years in phlebotomy or healthcare, with a preferred Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree Business Administration, Healthcare or related field (Preferred).
• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with DLO guidelines.
• Where applicable, ensures all Federal, State & local licensure requirements are met.
• Ensures all QA/QC documentation is complete and reviewed as required.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Training, coaching, supervision and development of staff.
• Relocate/open/close PSCs and IOPs; supervise scheduling and staffing.
• Participates in interview, selection and hiring of new employees.
