Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform phlebotomy duties following safety standards.
• Verify patient identity and properly label specimens.
• Prioritize collection of stat, urgent, and routine orders.
• Maintain phlebotomy supplies and organize workspace.
• Operate computer systems for requisitions and results.
• Demonstrate professionalism and protect patient confidentiality.
• Provide clear communication with patients and staff.
• Instruct outpatients on specimen collection when needed.
