• In lieu of phlebotomy certification, 5+ years direct phlebotomy experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Obtain blood and specimens from adults and children per procedures.
• Register patients, verify identity, enter demographics and order tests.
• Prepare specimens for transport and maintain related records.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are available for scheduled procedures.
