Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Tallahassee is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor to oversee daily patient service operations across PSCs, mobile, and in-office phlebotomy teams. The role includes training staff, scheduling, and ensuring a safe, compliant environment.

The position runs Monday to Friday 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM with rotational weekends, and offers a competitive salary starting at $60,500+ per year along with comprehensive benefits; performance-based bonuses may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Customer service in a retail or service environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Where applicable, ensures all Federal, State & local licensure requirements are met, working with the QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Ensures all Laboratory testing QA/QC documentation is complete and reviewed as required.
• Oversees safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities.
• Performs site visits at all assigned PSCs/IOPs and mobile phlebotomy sites and document findings.
