Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Savannah, GA, with Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM hours and rotational weekends. The role oversees all patient service activities across PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy, ensuring safe operations and adherence to SOPs.

Travel across geographies is required. Minimum two years supervisory experience and five years in phlebotomy or healthcare are required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services in accordance with Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure all licensure requirements are met and QA/QC documentation is complete.
• Perform site visits and QA audits to ensure proper supervision and safety.
• Maintain inventory across supervised facilities and prepare schedules with minimal overtime.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost containment initiatives.
