Job summary

Quest Diagnostics Inc. Sandy Springs, GA is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor for a Monday–Friday schedule with rotation on weekends. The role oversees PSCs and mobile/in-office phlebotomy operations, ensuring SOP compliance and safe, professional facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Train, supervise and develop staff; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor performance and conduct mid-year and annual appraisals; provide coaching.
