Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomy Supervisor in Sacramento, CA. You will manage daily operations across facilities, implement SOPs, ensure licensure and QA compliance, and lead a team of phlebotomy staff.

The role requires supervisory experience and five years in phlebotomy or healthcare, with strong organizational and communication skills. Travel to multiple sites is expected, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years’ experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.
• Customer service experience in a retail or service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in-office phlebotomy.
• Implements SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensures licensure requirements are met with QA/Medical Director offices.
• Manages safety, maintenance, and cleanliness of facilities; conducts QA audits.
