The role oversees patient services, phlebotomy operations, PSCs, and mobile/in‑office activities, ensuring SOPs and licensure compliance are met. You will train staff, manage schedules, and drive quality through audits and performance coaching.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years prior supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership experience.
• Minimum five years' experience in phlebotomy, laboratory or other healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of all assigned facilities, PSCs, mobile and in‑office phlebotomy.
• Implement SOPs for phlebotomy services per Quest Diagnostics guidelines.
• Ensure licensure requirements are met in collaboration with QA and Medical Director's offices.
• Oversee safety, maintenance and cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
• Conduct site visits, QA audits, and regular staff coaching and development.
