Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience required, even as an intern/externship.
• Minimum 1-2 years of client-facing customer service.
• Some Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Keyboard/data entry experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins in the lobby.
• Assist with breaks in the lobby and draw room as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy duties following established procedures.
• Maintain waiting area and ensure patient confidentiality and comfort.
