Job summary

ICONMA, on behalf of a medical research client in Hollywood, FL, seeks an Entry Phlebotomist I to greet patients, assist with check-in, and perform basic phlebotomy.

Under supervision, you will maintain a safe lobby environment, support breaks, handle data entry, and ensure confidentiality while explaining procedures to patients.

Qualifications

• Phlebotomy experience is required.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of client-facing customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in in the lobby.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills under supervision and perform procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean lobby and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Maintain required records and documentation with accuracy.
• Demonstrate confidentiality and accuracy of patient information.
