Job summary

JobDiva, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL is seeking an ENTRY Phlebotomist I to greet patients, assist with lobby check-in, and support phlebotomy teams. This 6+ month contract role requires handling breaks and patient care with compassion and accuracy, while maintaining lobby integrity.

You will perform phlebotomy duties as needed, support staff, and ensure a courteous, confidential environment for patients awaiting lab services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even if intern/externship.
• High level of customer service experience is critical.
• Keyboard/data entry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-in via kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Assist with breaks and coverage in lobby and draw room.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures following established practices and procedures.
• Maintain waiting area and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate excellent customer care and professionalism.
