Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required - no exceptions.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as intern/extern.
• Minimum 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and assist with check-ins via kiosk or handheld tablet.
• Maintain lobby appearance and support breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Assist with phlebotomy duties following established practices and procedures.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and accurate documentation.
