Talentify is seeking an Entry Phlebotomist I for our Merritt Island, FL location. The role supports patient care by greeting patients, answering questions with care, and assisting in the lobby and draw room when needed.

The position requires high school diploma and some phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn. Excellent customer service and data entry skills are essential for accurate records and a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service skills and data entry experience.
• Phlebotomy experience preferred or willing to train.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients on arrival and answer questions with care and compassion.
• Help maintain waiting area integrity and assist with breaks when other phlebotomists are unavailable.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills to grow within the company.
• Under the direction of the area supervisor, perform daily activities accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe and professional environment.
• Maintains required records and documentation.
• Demonstrates organizational commitment and promotes a positive image to patients, clients, employees and the public.
