Talentify is assisting a Healthcare client in Orlando to hire an ENTRY Phlebotomist I. The role centers on lobby greeting, check-in assistance via kiosk or handheld tablet, and compassionate patient interactions.

Responsibilities include keeping the waiting area welcoming, covering breaks, applying phlebotomy skills when needed, and maintaining accurate patient records with confidentiality under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy experience required, even as intern/extern.
• Minimum 1-2 years of client-facing customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients upon arrival and assist with check-in using kiosk or tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and support breaks during staffing shortages.
• Utilize phlebotomy skills as needed and grow within the company.
• Ensure accurate patient information and maintain confidentiality.
