Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Phlebotomy preferred.
• National Phlebotomy Certification required (HR)
• Driver's license preferred for transportation duties

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily phlebotomy operations and staff performance.
• Ensures safe, accurate specimen collection and processing.
• Provides instruction and on-the-job training for new staff and students.
• Coordinates workflow and staff coverage to meet daily demand.
• Supports supervisor with scheduling changes and policy improvements
