One Medical in Hanover, NH is hiring a Phlebotomist/Administrative Assistant (Lab Services Specialist / Member Support Specialist). In this full-time role, you will perform venipuncture, support patient care, and handle front-office tasks to ensure a welcoming, efficient patient experience.

Shifts are generally 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, with typical 7:30am–5:30pm hours at our Hanover, NH office. You will collaborate with providers, coordinate scheduling and data entry, and uphold One

Qualifikationen

• At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with multiple software systems and general computer technology.
• Experience working on collaborative, multi-disciplinary teams (remote teams a plus).
• A demonstrated ability to deliver patient-centered care with empathy.
• A track record of adapting to change and proactively supporting the team.

Aufgaben

• Provide venipuncture and clinical support to a wide patient age range.
• Manage patient intake, same-day scheduling, follow-ups, and basic billing/support tasks.
• Maintain accurate specimen labeling, handling, inventory, and sterilization of tools.
• Respond to patient messages and assist providers with clerical duties and records.
• Perform front-of-house duties: check-in/out, insurance verification, and form prep.
• Support team development via team huddles and problem-solving.
• Execute opening/closing duties and keep lobbies and labs organized.
• Familiarize with our tech stack (Slack, G-suite, Zoom, Circulation, RingCentral, EMR).
