Job summary

One Medical in Hanover, NH is seeking a Medical Assistant (Lab Services Specialist) to deliver exceptional patient experiences. You will perform venipuncture, assist with in-office clinical tasks, and support front desk and lab operations while upholding One Medical’s brand and service standards.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient computer skills and ability to handle multiple software systems

Responsibilities

• Use CI-CARE framework in patient interactions to ensure a positive in-office experience
• Perform venipuncture and provide clinical support services
• Handle front desk tasks including check-in/out and insurance verification
• Support lab and non-blood specimen collection, EKGs, vitals, and related duties
• Assist providers and team with clerical tasks and patient follow-up
