Job summary

Labcorp in Westerville, OH is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. You will perform blood collections, assist with specimen processing, and deliver compassionate service to patients in a fast-paced setting. This role requires a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training; 2+ years preferred.

Work schedule is Mon-Fri 8:00am-4:30pm with rotating Saturdays. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program, or 3+ months experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis.
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
