Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 9030 Montgomery rd, Cincinnati, OH 45242. Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with rotating Saturdays. You will perform venipuncture, collect specimens, enter patient data, and provide excellent customer service in a patient-focused environment.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and phlebotomy certification or training, with preference for 1+ year of phlebotomy experience. Pay range is $17.75–$25.92 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed training program or 3 months or more experience as a phlebotomist.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
• Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis
• Maintain patient and specimen information logs
• Provide superior customer service to all patients
• Administrative and clerical duties as necessary
• Travel to additional sites when needed
