Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a Patient Service Center Phlebotomist in Exeter, NH. You will perform specimen collections, ensure accurate patient data entry, and serve as the face of the BILH Laboratories for patients and staff.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, processing samples for transport, and supporting daily PSC operations. Prior phlebotomy experience and a valid ASCP certification are preferred. This role emphasizes quality patient care and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; college coursework welcomed.
• ASCP or other accredited phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 1+ year experience in phlebotomy or Patient Service Centers preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent phlebotomy and phlebotomy-related services for all patients.
• Validate and/or update patient demographics in BILH systems for ordered tests; collect and enter data for new patients.
• Collect specimens by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Prepare collected specimens for transport to a BILH laboratory.
• Perform administrative duties to open, operate, and close the PSC daily; assist in training PSC Phlebotomists.
