Job summary

Carter BloodCare is hiring Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Centers across Texas. You’ll connect with donors, collect blood, and support safe, high-quality products. Training lasts up to nine weeks with flexible hours, early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Starting pay is $18.48/hour with opportunities to increase based on experience. Benefits include PTO, holidays, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive health plans. No experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field (internship/externship acceptable).
• Customer service experience.
• Preferred: prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience.
• Preferred: prior leadership experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills; CDL/driver advancement opportunities with company programs.

Responsibilities

• Connect with donors and explain the impact of donation.
• Assist teammates to keep a friendly environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile drives and donor centers.
