Carter BloodCare is hiring Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams across North, Central and East Texas. Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months general work experience or related medical education.
• Customer service experience required.
• Bilingual Spanish skills preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Personally connect with donors and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment for donors to return.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets regulatory standards.
