Carter BloodCare is hiring Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams across Texas. No experience required; training provided. You will connect with donors, ensure regulatory compliance, and support mobile drives as well as donor center operations.

Preferred candidates have customer service experience, a high school diploma, and some healthcare exposure; bilingual Spanish skills are a plus. Competitive pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Six months of general work experience or comparable education in the medical field.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors and explain the impact of donation.

• Set up and break down equipment at mobile blood drives and centers.
