Job summary

Carter BloodCare is seeking Phlebotomists for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams in Texas. No experience is required; we welcome individuals passionate about helping others and delivering excellent donor care.

Training is provided, with opportunities to travel to blood drives and work at donor centers across the region. You will connect with donors, learn regulatory requirements for blood collection, and join a team that emphasizes safety, service quality, and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Six months of general work experience OR comparable education in the medical field, such as an internship or externship.
• Customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
• Collaborate with your teammates to create a friendly environment so donors feel comfortable returning and encouraging their friends/family to donate.
• Be detail-oriented all day, every day, ensuring that the blood you collect meets regulatory requirements and can be transfused safely.
• Work with your team to move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
