Job summary

Carter BloodCare in McKinney, TX is seeking Phlebotomists 2 for Mobile Collections and Donor Center teams. You will lead the safe collection of blood products, manage donor flow, assess eligibility, and deliver top-notch customer service with strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of general work experience or related medical education (internship/externship) preferred.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Prior phlebotomy, blood banking, or medical field experience preferred.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead safe collection of blood products and facilitate donor flow.
• Assess donor eligibility and provide excellent customer service while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead daily team functions and resolve personnel or donor concerns.
• Participate in leadership/development training and mentor new team members.
