Carter BloodCare is expanding its team of Phlebotomists across Mobile Collections and Donor Centers. We welcome individuals with passion for helping others and strong customer service. No experience required, with training provided.

Roles involve visiting blood drives or working at donor centers across North, Central, and East Texas. Competitive pay and benefits are offered. Training can last up to nine weeks, with a variable schedule after training.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of general work experience or comparable education in the medical field.

Responsabilidades

• Personally connect with donors, listen to their stories and explain the donation's impact.
• Collaborate with teammates to create a friendly environment for donors to return and invite others.
• Be detail-oriented to ensure collected blood meets regulatory requirements and can be transfused.
• Move, set up, and take down equipment at mobile blood drives.
